2007 will be known as a trying year for the Express. Negotiations failed early in the year with Pepsi on a sponsorship renewal as they have changed sponsorship policies, which do not include a roller hockey team.

 

Forwards Matt Baronak and Mike Forman have recently moved from the area. We wish them well in their new careers and locations. Both friends/teammates will be missed.

 

Forwards Dominic Marino and Steve Lambert may out with career ending injuries.   Hopefully, both will someday come back at 100% to give it one more run.

 

With the loss of these four members and others taking the season off due to personal issues, the Express has been forced to take their first season off ever, which spans about 9 years.

 

The multi-time Z-Rink and Mystic Roller Hockey league Champs will return someday!
